The Clearing house mechanism of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CHM) it has been designed as a key platform for the access, management and dissemination of information on biodiversity. Its purpose is to provide a space where researchers, institutions, specialists and the general public can find and share relevant information, promoting cooperation, and making decisions based on up to date knowledge.
Below, we highlight the main features and functionalities that make the CHM as an essential tool in the management of biodiversity:

CONVENTION STANDARD CHMHonduras 2025
This document is a model of cooperation agreement between the ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (SERNA), through the Directorate of Biodiversity (DiBio), the national portal CHMHonduras and organizations interested in collaborating in the dissemination of information on biodiversity. Through this agreement, is provided to the institutions of a free space within the web site www.chmhonduras.org to publish content relevant environmental, respecting the rights of the copyright and strengthening the public access to information on biological diversity in Honduras.
