Incentives, negative and positive

For 2020, at the latest, have been removed, deleted, gradually or reformed incentives, including subsidies, harmful to biodiversity, in order to minimize or avoid negative impacts, and will have been developed and applied positive incentives for the conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity, in accordance with and in harmony with the Convention and other relevant international obligations, taking into account the socio-economic conditions as nationals.
